Drivers are the first people to meet our clients each day and play a valuable role in bringing them in to the sessions.

Drivers makes sure that passengers are settled and can join in the general chat over a cup of tea.

We provide our drivers with Passenger Assisted Training since some of our members are quite frail. It is their role to collect them in the morning and take them to the centre, and return them home at night.

If you can spare a few hours each week then you could be who we are looking for. You will be able to understand the needs of older people. You will be patient, friendly and understanding. You don't judge people, you accept them for who they are. We will provide you with support and information to suit your role and experience.
