Getting Involved

There are a number of ways for our members to be involved in helping to run our centres.  For example
  • helping to plan the programme of events including outings
  • helping new members to settle in
  • helping with quizzes or games etc
  • fund-raising

We also have one member representative who attends Board meetings.

If you attend one of our centres and would like to have a say in how Age Concern Glenrothes is run, contact our Manager. We are considering a number of options including:

  • quarterly members' meetings
  • an open slot at board meetings
  • suggestion boxes at each centre
