We currently have no vacancies for Trustees

Our Trustees are unpaid.  They meet ten times per year with the Manager to discuss the organisation's finances, future direction, and to make sure that we are fulfilling our contractual and charitable obligations.  The time commitment is often greater than at Trustee meetings as we also have sub-committees. 

The Trustees are responsible for:

1. determining policy, with the advice of permanent staff, and

2. ensuring it is carried out effectively

3. ensuring the financial propriety or operations and accounting systems

4. resolving any matters beyond the ability of the Manager.

5. recruiting and employing staff in accordance with current legislation
